How we got here
Two overly caffeinated founders, one stubborn espresso machine, and a series of questionable playlist choices led to The Baristro. We started with a simple plan: source excellent beans, train excellent humans, and create a place that feels effortlessly good. Spoiler: it worked. Now we’re a tight crew of coffee pros who know their stuff and don’t mind a little sarcasm while doing it.
